From the beginning to the end these guys are the best in the area! Our AC unit broke down and we needed to invest in a new AC unit. Jason was very informative and kept me updated in all the steps of this process with the home warranty company. The installation day was flawless with Cristian and Alan working to get it all done within hours. I am very glad I chose American Precision Heating and Air for this project! Maher was great and very professional! I shopped around quite few places but im very glad I ran into him and his ability to address and pin point the problems I had with my system was excellent and not to mention the best deal which was icing on the cake..Again our family thanks you from bottom of our heart for your great help and appreciate your professionalism! Avoid at all costs. They were dispatched through my home warranty company, but instead of providing an honest assessment, they prioritized keeping the warranty company happy over doing the right thing. Terrible judgment, zero skills, and completely unprofessional. A special warning regarding Maher—he clearly lacks the basic knowledge required for the job.
