  1. Services Provided

We provide HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and indoor air quality services in Sacramento and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person assessment before final pricing.

  1. Estimates & Pricing

  • Free estimates are provided for new installations and replacements.
  • Diagnostic fees start at $79 and are credited toward any approved repair.
  • No overtime fees — our flat-rate pricing applies 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will always notify you and obtain approval before proceeding.

  1. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and financing through Wells Fargo (subject to credit approval).
  • Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • No cancellation fee if you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.
  • Emergency appointments may have different terms — please ask when booking.

  1. Warranty & Guarantee

  • Workmanship guarantee: We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll come back and make it right.
  • Manufacturer warranties: Vary by brand and equipment. We will provide warranty details for your specific installation or repair.
  • Warranties are void if unauthorized parties attempt to repair or modify the system.

       7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Precision Heating and Air shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized repairs by third parties
  • Pre-existing conditions not identified during initial diagnosis
